Split Enz – ‘Second Thoughts’
As Split Enz tour Australia and New Zealand to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of their debut album ‘Mental Notes’ we see the release of ‘ENZyclopedia Vol 1 and 2’ covering their first two albums.
The second album was recorded in England and produced by Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera after Split Enz supported Roxy Music on an Australian tour in 1975. The album was basically a re-record of ‘Mental Notes’ with a few song changes, released world-wide as ‘Mental Notes’, however in Australia and New Zealand as ‘Second Thoughts’.
‘Second Thoughts’ was remixed in Dolby Atmos for a special stand-alone release in Blu-Ray Pure Audio and has never sounded better.
