Upside Down presents “NOIR WAVE - TORCHED & SCORCHED SONGS 1974 - 1994”

Upside Down combine the sultry storytelling of singer & actor Linda O’Grady with the eclectric guitarrorism of her partner in crime Dan O’Grady, to reimagine some of their favourite music spanning 1974 to 1994.

Mining the stories of the lost, lovelorn and the louche hidden in songs from a kaleidoscope of genres - classic pop, punk, new wave, alternative - they offer up a dreamlike array of torch songs. Some flicker as gently as a candle, some are blowtorched.

Noir Wave is a musical seance conjuring the spirits of the songs inside your head.

Due to renovations at Red Room at the White/Black Lodge in Twin Peaks, Upside Down will be proudly presenting Noir Wave at Odeon Richmond on Sunday 3rd August from 3pm.

All profits from ticketed sales are donated towards the ongoing costs of Ollie Olsen’s estate.
