Ashley Naylor releases his fifth solo album, Alexandria Sunset, in early September.

El Reno Music invites you to an exclusive, track by track preview of the new album, to be hosted at Odeon Richmond on Wednesday 13 August.

We are delighted to announce that this exclusive listening party will include a Q&A session hosted by Jeff Jenkins, one of Australia’s leading music journalists.

Fans will be able to experience the first public airing of several new songs, played directly off the vinyl test pressings, ahead of the official release on Friday 5 September.

The night will also feature a slide show of professional and fan photographs, as well as merch giveaways and a pop-up store featuring a variety of collectible items.

About the Artist

Ashley Naylor

Ashley Naylor (born 11 February 1970) is a celebrated Australian guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, best known for leading the jangle‑pop outfit Even and performing with luminaries like Paul Kelly, The Church, The Stems and the RocKwiz Orkestra. Beginning his career in Melbourne’s underground scene, he formed Even in 1994 and released his solo debut Four Track Mind in 2006, followed by High Horse in 2011 and two instrumental albums titled 'Soundtracks Volume 1' (2020) and 'Volume 2' (2023) on his own El Reno Music label. Now approaching his fifth solo album, 'Alexandria Sunshine' (announced via the single “Good As Gold”), is due for worldwide release on Friday, 6 November 2025 — marking a boldly personal return to vocal‑led songwriting after his recent instrumental phase.
